Location: High Street Kensington, London.
Quietly eating my broccoli soup a little old lady came and sat down beside me, accidently knocking over the salt mill. “Oh deary me” she whispered gathering together the salt granules. Then without warning she threw one handful over her right shoulder quickly followed by another over her left. A group of businessmen on the table behind were rather alarmed and began picking the salt rocks out of their hair, laptops and food. I was chuckling inwardly when I then heard, “that’s seven years good luck”. The old lady looked content. In a flash the manager beamed in on the situation and replied “what about the businessmen behind madam?” Unaware of any wrong doings she announced “Oh! They’ll get seven years good luck also”. ☺
