A chap goes into the dentist and asks for a cheese and tomato sandwich. Rather alarmed Mr Dentist points out “I’ve not studied dentistry for ten long years to make you a CHEESE AND TOMATO SANDWICH” The chappy enquired, “do you have any other fillings then?” bum bum ☺
